About The Position
As the Maintenance Engineer, you will provide technical support to facilitate the execution of equipment maintenance strategies. You will initiate improvement in equipment strategies and implement modified strategies. Other duties will include assisting in the co-ordination and planning of major outages, developing execution tools and work management processes, and demonstrating a commitment to achieving Zero Harm through behavioral-based safety. You will ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE Performance Standards and foster the IPL Corporate Values. Additionally, you will provide technical support to the Mechanical Maintenance Team, complete small projects, develop maintenance execution tools, and participate in maintenance strategy improvement activities such as RCA. Effective influence of internal customers and peers to deliver acceptable solutions to maintenance problems is also expected.
