About The Position

The Maintenance Engineer performs the duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. This includes but is not limited to preventative, emergency, corrective and routine repairs, hot water systems, electrical, mechanical, hire safety, plumbing and HVAC equipment. Responsibilities also include cleaning, grounds keeping, painting/carpenter, masonry duties as directed to maintain the interior and exterior physical structure of the building.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, emergency, corrective and routine repairs
• Maintain hot water systems
• Handle electrical and mechanical repairs
• Ensure hire safety compliance
• Conduct plumbing repairs
• Maintain HVAC equipment
• Perform cleaning and grounds keeping duties
• Carry out painting and carpentry tasks
• Execute masonry duties as directed
