About The Position

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Fairway Knoll is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician/Engineer Technician II for its team. Located in the beautiful community of Germantown, Fairway Knoll is a vibrant community of residents and staff. Fairway Knoll overlooks a beautiful pond and golf course. We are right off Hwy 41 on Mequon Road, offering easy access to Milwaukee or West Bend.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to job as defined by site requirements.
• Prefer 1-3 years experience in commercial or residential building maintenance.
• Able to work independently, multi-task, follow directions and work under supervision.
• Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
• Must be able to participate in an after hours emergency on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
• Maintain an attractive campus appearance consistent with the PHS design intent.
• Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership.
• Perform floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, building maintenance, customer requests, landscape care, snow removal, and other projects.
