About The Position

Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
• A minimum of 4 years experience with general inside and outside facilities maintenance preferred.
• Experience in minor electrical, AC, plumbing, roof, painting, and wall repair required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner, maintenance of buildings, and all related equipment.
• Log service tickets into online database.
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with all maintenance technicians to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
• Perform routine building maintenance, pressure washing, painting, and ground care.
• Conduct carpentry and plumbing as needed.
• Use company vehicle and tools provided.
