About The Position

The Level II Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, and telephone systems. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and repair duties on all building mechanical systems, equipment, and tools. The engineer will operate and repair energy management equipment and life safety systems, ensuring maintenance and repair in public areas and guest rooms. The position requires the ability to work independently under the general supervision of the Lead Maintenance Engineer and includes assisting in the training of Level I Maintenance Engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in at least two of the following areas: heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing, or telephone systems.
• Licenses or certifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Electronics, Pneumatics, and/or Hydraulics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well with co-workers and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience in electrical, structural, or building disciplines is highly desired and preferred.
