Requirements

Engineer II: 2–5 years of experience in commercial, institutional, hotel, or facility maintenance.
Engineer III: 4–7+ years of increasingly advanced experience in building systems, hotel engineering, or mechanical trades.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, refrigeration, and general building maintenance.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and routine building inspections.
Ability to perform basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and interior finish work.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests, team members, and leadership.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting 50–100 lbs, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and performing hands‑on repair tasks in various environments.
