As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our property remains in top condition for our guests. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair work, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring all equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Requirements

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Responsibilities

Adhere to all work order policies and procedures.
Keep adequate parts, materials and supplies on supply cart.
Maintain and repair all equipment in laundry, kitchen, guestrooms, convention areas and public space.
Repair refrigeration, plumbing and electrical fixtures in guestrooms, kitchen or laundry to manufacturer’s specifications.
Maintain work areas clean and organized.
Monitor life safety systems and respond to alerts as necessary.
Maintain and repair carpet, wall covering, furniture, painted surfaces, change burned out light bulbs and other cosmetic repairs in guest rooms, tower, convention area, public areas and as assigned, preventive maintenance.
Complete other duties assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
Attend all mandatory meetings.
