What you’ll do: The Brass Tacks Responsible for general upkeep and preventive maintenance of hotel building and rooms. Responsible for general upkeep of restaurants and bars front and back of house areas. Responsible for the upkeep of exterior and landscaped areas around buildings and courtyard areas. Ensure the security, cleanliness, preventative maintenance and repair of all department tools, equipment and safety features are in accordance of established procedures. Ensure all work spaces are kept in a clean and orderly manner and storing all tools, equipment and spare parts in proper location. Responsible for the proper treatment and care of tools and equipment used to perform tasks. Responsible to complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner. Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately. Other tasks as assigned. Where you'll work: Hotel McCall A historic gem in downtown McCall, this 1904 inn overlooks scenic Payette Lake. Lovingly rebuilt and renovated over the decades, Hotel McCall preserves its old-west charm while serving as the cultural heart of the town.

Requirements

Must have a general understanding of building maintenance and construction.
Must have a general understanding of grounds keeping and landscaping.
Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Must have an acceptable driving record.
Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations

Responsibilities

Responsible for general upkeep and preventive maintenance of hotel building and rooms.
Responsible for general upkeep of restaurants and bars front and back of house areas.
Responsible for the upkeep of exterior and landscaped areas around buildings and courtyard areas.
