Responsibilities Position: Part time Enforcement, Part time Maintenance Hours: 9am to 2pm Maintenance, 2pm to 5pm Enforcement Weekend hours are a must Must also be able to pass a 7 year MVR check Assist in directing and managing routine cleaning, maintenance & repair, including, power washing, slurring, striping, sweeping, commercial painting. Assist in the management of the day-to-day activities of assigned projects including supervising day/evening maintenance crew ensuring completion of all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and cleaning projects. Assist with management duties including: scheduling, monitoring and checking of timecards. Supervise the completion of all ongoing and future projects. Monitor and implement effective safety procedures. Report any known accidents, safety hazards or unusual occurrences observed or suspected violations of Company policy to the General Manager, Maintenance Services Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc. Conduct regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure all are in good maintenance conditions. Ensure compliance with environmental standards and corporate governance. Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction. Perform other necessary functions as assigned. Qualifications Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • Education Required : High School Graduate. Some college a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of maintenance.
  • Ability to perform general repair, electrical, mechanical, and cleaning maintenance.
  • Desire a minimum of six months worth of experience in the service industry (maintenance industry preferred), but not required
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proactive with strong problem solving skills and proven customer service skills and must be willing to lead by example.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule.
  • License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • May be required to stand for 8-hour shifts while managing employees.
  • Must be willing to work in different indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Must be able to at least 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Special consideration given to those candidates who have a diverse maintenance background
  • Experience with driving light construction equipment preferred.
