JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Clerk is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for the store, restrooms, offices, and maintain cleaning supply inventory.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Friendly and people oriented;
- Positive attitude;
- Team player;
- Quality focused;
- Work with sense of urgency;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Attention to Detail;
- Ability to Multi-task;
- Quickly Adapt to Changes.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Clean building floor by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming
- Gather and empty trash
- Service, clean and supply restrooms, clean windows, glass partitions, mirrors, using soapy water, cleaners, sponges and squeegee's
- Dust furniture walls, machines and equipment
- Maintain dry floor area, especially at the front door
- Deploy wet floor cones when necessary
