- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work assigned shifts (2nd or 3rd shift)

- Relevant certifications or technical training are a plus
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams
- Support continuous improvement and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure safe operation
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations as needed
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations
