The Maintenance Electrician is a multi-functional technician responsible for effectively maintaining building systems and infrastructure in optimal condition. This role involves performing inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration, material handling and conveyance systems, robotics; walls and flooring; installed fixtures; roofing systems; lighting, etc. The Maintenance Electrician executes equipment inspection and monitoring programs, defines and implements maintenance best practices to improve overall mechanical equipment uptime, and continuously evaluates current maintenance, operations and reliability methods to enhance effectiveness at increasing value-maximizing performance. The role also includes leading, training, and supporting maintenance team members as needed to develop individuals' skills and expand team capabilities. Flexibility to work various shifts and alternative work schedules is required, as well as moving throughout the facility extensively during shifts to attend to equipment and team members as needed.
