Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues Support production by responding quickly to equipment downtime Assist with machine setups and help improve efficiency and uptime Complete routine preventive maintenance and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, downtime, and completed tasks Follow all safety procedures, including proper lockout/tagout practices Collaborate with production teams to support daily operational goals Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean activities Assist with additional facility or environmental responsibilities as needed Qualifications Experience working with industrial equipment such as presses, CNC machines, conveyors, or automated systems Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, controls, wiring) Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics Welding experience (MIG, arc, or torch cutting) is a plus Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with manufacturing standards or quality systems is a plus Machines & technologies you'll use: Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Conveyor Systems
