About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Electrician to support equipment reliability and overall plant operations. This individual will play a key role in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment while working closely with manufacturing teams to keep operations running efficiently.

Requirements

Experience working with industrial equipment such as presses, CNC machines, conveyors, or automated systems
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (motors, controls, wiring)
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
Ability to work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
Electrical Troubleshooting
Electrical / Electronic Systems

Nice To Haves

Welding experience (MIG, arc, or torch cutting) is a plus
Familiarity with manufacturing standards or quality systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
Support production by responding quickly to equipment downtime
Assist with machine setups and help improve efficiency and uptime
Complete routine preventive maintenance and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, downtime, and completed tasks
Follow all safety procedures, including proper lockout/tagout practices
Collaborate with production teams to support daily operational goals
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean activities
Assist with additional facility or environmental responsibilities as needed
