Requirements

Working knowledge of general mechanical skills including general carpentry, welding, electrical, plumbing & concrete experience
Strong leadership, communication and multi-tasking skills
Previous plumbing, painting, machine servicing, electrical and/or vehicle servicing experience preferred or a combination thereof
Working knowledge of Microsoft office: i.e. calendar, email, word & excel.
Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Knowledge of electrical circuits and wiring and operating principles of motors
Knowledge of local electrical codes
Ability to use hand and power tools
