About The Position

This new position will assist journeyman-level IEs in routine maintenance work as well as performing many duties independently. Duties for IEs include, but are not restricted to, electrical circuit troubleshooting & repair, conduit & wire installation, lighting repair, PLC troubleshooting & repair, drive troubleshooting & repair, Instrumentation & control valve calibration, troubleshooting & repair, and HVAC work.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years of experience in Maintenance Skill Areas: INSTRUMENTATION, ELECTRICAL
• Must be currently 18 years of age or older and eligible for employment in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Industrial technology degree or certificate from accredited college or trade school in Instrumentation or Electrical disciplines
• Basic computer skills
• Able to function in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with high-voltage and power distribution
• Experience with AC and DC motors and drives
• Experience with control systems (DCS, PLCs, PCs, Analytical Equipment)
• Experience with control valves
• Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, calibration, and use of test equipment
• Knowledge of P&IDs, instrument loops, and electrical schematics
• Strong math/physics understanding
• Instrumentation background on the Instrumentation Electrical side

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot & repair drives
• Calibrate, troubleshoot & repair instrumentation & control valves
