Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Dispatcher to coordinate maintenance requests and dispatch technicians efficiently. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance requests across multiple properties, dispatching technicians and vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to maintain a high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced short-term rental environment. This person is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple maintenance requests across properties while keeping guest satisfaction top of mind. Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus, along with the ability to make quick, sound decisions—especially during guest stays, turnovers, and urgent situations.

Requirements

  • Experience in property management, short-term rentals, hospitality, or maintenance coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requests across different properties
  • Comfortable using property management systems, ticketing, and messaging tools
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-paced, guest-facing situations
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • 8 hours shift, Monday-Friday
  • On-site position in Scottsdale, AZ (required)

Responsibilities

  • Receive and prioritize maintenance requests from guests, housekeeping, and property teams
  • Dispatch maintenance technicians and third-party vendors efficiently
  • Monitor work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Communicate clearly with guests and internal teams regarding maintenance status
  • Identify urgent, after-hours, and safety-related issues and escalate as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, photos, and notes in the property management system
  • Coordinate maintenance during guest stays and turnovers with minimal disruption
