The Maintenance Dispatcher is responsible for efficiently dispatching calls to and from technicians throughout the property. Dispatchers will also handle basic office duty work for the engineering department, receive and store inventory according to standards as well as maintain property inventory records. This role will also maintain the communication log for shifts and coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory as well as perform general office duties.

Responsibilities
