About The Position

The Environmental Services Manager is responsible for the Silver Birch community including maintenance, housekeeping, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that the community is in overall exceptional condition. This is a unique opportunity for someone to truly make a difference in the lives of our residents and inspire purposeful lives for all.

Requirements

  • Two (2) or more years of experience with facilities maintenance
  • Senior Living experience, preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and carry an active auto insurance policy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including an on-call rotation
  • Strong customer service orientation
