About The Position
Legacy Health Services is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to lead the maintenance operations of our long‑term care facility. This role ensures our building, equipment, and systems remain safe, functional, and compliant with all regulatory standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years supervisory experience in maintenance/plant operations
- Long‑term care experience required
- Strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory standards
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and staff
- Maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boilers, and generators
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, life safety codes, and LTC regulations
- Manage preventative maintenance and safety programs
- Read and interpret technical documents
