How You Will Make a Difference Create a Sanctuary: You will oversee the heartbeat of our community—HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems—ensuring our residents are always cozy, safe, and comfortable. Lead with Heart: You won’t just manage a team; you’ll mentor a crew of technicians, teaching them that a fixed faucet is a small act of service that preserves a resident’s dignity. Visionary Stewardship: You’ll lead renovation projects that transform our living spaces into state-of-the-art environments where families feel proud to visit. Peace of Mind: Through proactive safety programs and emergency preparedness, you provide the invisible "safety net" that allows our residents and their families to sleep soundly at night.
Requirements
- 5+ years in facilities management (healthcare or senior living experience is a huge plus).
- Know how to motivate a team and manage vendors with integrity.
- Have a "can-do" attitude and a toolkit full of solutions for any building challenge.
- Ready to be hands-on, able to lift 50 lbs and navigate our beautiful campus daily.
