Allegro Living, formed through the 2025 merger of Allegro Management Company and Spring Arbor Management Company, is building a premier senior living platform. Spring Arbor of Crofton, an 80-bed Assisted Living & Memory Care community, is seeking a skilled and self-driven Maintenance Director. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintaining the community smoothly, safely, and beautifully for residents and the team. The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Director is to assist the Executive Director (ED) in maintaining and operating the physical aspects of the Community, organizing, participating in, directing, and supervising the Community maintenance program in an efficient, cost-effective manner, and safely meeting residents’ needs in strict accordance with Company policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
