Simply put, as the Maintenance Director, you will work to maintain and improve the upkeep of our physical plant and participate in scheduling and preventative maintenance planning. You will be the expert among the staff about all aspects of the facility and its property. Marquis operates 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, California, and provides rehab and pharmacy services across the nation. Requirements

  • Experienced with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, small remodels, painting and other basic repair work
  • Experience working with a multi-floor building and elevators is strongly desired; in addition to experience working with boilers and chillers
  • You also must be comfortable working in a healthcare setting and a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer experience in a Nursing Home, Assisted Living, or Hotel setting.
  • Supervisory experience is a plus.
