The Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all HLPOA common grounds, facilities, amenities, and infrastructure. This position provides hands-on leadership, supervises internal maintenance staff and third-party vendors, ensures contractual compliance, and works closely with the Community Association Manager (CAM) to maintain the community in a safe, functional, and visually appealing condition. The Maintenance Director directly oversees the Part-Time Maintenance Technician and is responsible for monitoring and enforcing performance standards of contracted service providers, including the Janitorial Cleaning Company.
