We are currently seeking a qualified facility Maintenance Director to join our team at Peak Resources Wilmington. Excellent compensation and benefits! Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid time off (PTO), and participation in the company 401(k) retirement plan. Typical Work Schedule is: 8:00am to 4:30pm, M-F. On-Call availability.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years physical plant and equipment experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of Life Safety Code in the long-term care setting

Responsibilities

• Responsible and accountable for maintaining physical plant and essential mechanical, electrical, and resident care equipment in safe operating condition.
• Oversees safety and preventative maintenance.
