Requirements

We require at least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Director in plant operations.
Candidates must have knowledge of building service practices and procedures.
Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in MA is preferred.
Must possess the ability to plan and carry out programs in repair and equipment installation.
Must be able to lead a team, supervise and mentor staff members.
Must exhibit excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with residents and family members.
Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor that plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the day-to-day functions of plant operations.
The Maintenance Director serves on committees as appointed, maintains inventory and adheres to department budgetary guidelines.
