Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance with a strong background in MEP systems.
• High school graduate or technical school graduate.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Proven ability to direct others and manage a department effectively.
• A tactful and professional approach when interacting with patients, families, and visitors.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and budget-conscious purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise all maintenance and repair programs for the building and grounds.
• Plan and execute repair projects, new construction, and equipment installations.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure 100% operational efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize disruption to patient care.
• Maintain strict adherence to local codes, ordinances, and safety regulations.
• Manage department supplies, equipment care, record keeping, and cost estimation.
