We are looking for someone that is fully knowledgeable in all building systems, safety stands and state and federal compliance regulations. Knowledge of all emergency systems and a history of making sound decisions regarding the maintenance and integrity of these systems is a must! We are looking for a leader that is a strategic planner, has an excellent ability to manage, supervise and educate their staff. Other responsibilities include: maintaining building repairs, capital item replacements, and managing expenses and projects.
