About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Maintenance department, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the facility's physical plant, including both interior and exterior areas, as well as heating, cooling, and departmental equipment. This role involves planning, organizing, staffing, and supervising maintenance operations while coordinating with other departments and participating in management meetings. The supervisor will also respond to emergencies and serve as the Weekend Manager as needed.
