About the position

Administrative Assistant to support the maintenance department at a Beaumont, Tx client facility. 8am-5pm Long term in plant assignment offering benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Hourly Payroll for department
  • Enter into system including timesheets changes daily, etc.
  • Collect forms for the previous meetings, ensure all forms are signed off and scan to assigned unit
  • Answer phone and take messages when team is out
  • Filing, ensuring accuracy
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Record Retention with accuracy
  • Pick up mail, distribute to appropriate persons
  • Coordinate service anniversary celebrations
  • Assist with conferences and meetings to ensure supplies are available

Requirements

  • SAP experience highly preferred
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with company procedures
  • General office administration experience
  • Previous timekeeper/payroll experience a must
