About The Position

They are seeking a Full Time Maintenance Porter for a property in Kent. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of facility maintenance and be passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for clients. This role involves maintaining cleanliness throughout assigned client sites and working on other site projects with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity. A clean driving record is required as the position involves driving a company vehicle from Everett to Kent.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Facility maintenance knowledge
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality service
• Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• 3+ years of facility maintenance experience
• Clean Driving Record
• Successful completion of a background check

• Knowledge of cleaning products and best practices

Responsibilities

• Pick up and removed trash from assigned areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
• Perform cleaning and restock supplies as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment
• Report safety issues or maintenance needs to supervisors
• Complete cleaning tasks independently and on time
• Pressure washing the site twice per week on rotations
• Cleaning exterior and interior windows
• Clean and report hazmat cleaning
• Do minor chain link fence repairs
• Clean and paint over graffiti as needed
• Meet with vendors for suite access and projects
• Large garbage clean ups as needed
• Help out with Landscapers as needed
• Submit possible opportunities for additional work on site
