About The Position
As a Maintenance Custodian, you will maintain the cleanliness of facilities, including offices and areas throughout the buildings, as well as performing groundskeeping and snow removal. This role is part of the "Bath-Built is Best Built" tradition.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Driver's license required
- A positive attitude and be ready to work as part of a team
- Strong organization skills
- Knowledge of floor stripping, waxing and buffing processes
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and sanitizing processes
- Ability to shift tasks as needed
- Must be able to meet and perform to the requirements of the physical task analysis
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of janitorial duties and standards
- Experience performing janitorial cleaning in an industrial/commercial environment
- Experience backing up a trailer
- Experience operating and quick troubleshooting lawn care equipment
- Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certified
