About The Position

This position assists in performing a variety of routine custodial and general maintenance duties at a multifamily residential property. Responsibilities include heavy cleaning, trash and snow removal, and basic maintenance tasks. The specialist reports needed repairs to the maintenance supervisor to ensure the property meets regulated standards. Requirements

High school diploma / GED
Computer and smart phone literacy
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for all work-related responsibilities

Nice To Haves

Less than 1 Year: Commercial Property or Multi-unit Residential Property experience
Multilingual skills

Responsibilities

Performs duties to maintain the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of a property. This may include shampooing carpets, pressure washing surfaces, snow removal, and trash disposal and removal.
Performs basic maintenance functions under the guidance of the maintenance supervisor. This may include replacing light bulbs and air filters, caulking, pool maintenance, lock repair, and other duties using hand tools.
Notifies management of areas of the property that need repairs.
Other duties as assigned.
