Work Type: Onsite Location: Tulsa, OK. #LI-Traditional #LI-Onsite At a Glance: The Maintenance-Custodial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational functionality of Utica Square Shopping Center. This role ensures that all public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers, tenants, and staff.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous custodial or maintenance experience is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous custodial or maintenance experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Clean, maintain, and operate compactor units, including washing down the surrounding areas.
Perform roof maintenance by removing leaves and contractor debris.
Fill in for the regular trash handler during absences.
Assist with events, including chair setup, breakdown, and trash pickup during and after events.
Clean building entries, hallways, stairwells, and floors.
Assist with trash haul away during demolition projects.
Support painters and maintenance teams with various tasks.
Participate in the setup and teardown of Christmas decorations and other events.
Utilize general tool knowledge and work safely from ladders.
Provide access to roofs and doors for contractors.
