About The Position

Summary: Perform General Maintenance inside and outside the physical plant. Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities: Performs various maintenance tasks such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Performs general labor inside and outside the physical plant including district-wide grounds keeping handling materials and supplies, moving equipment, operating power-driven equipment, truck driving, snow plowing, roofing, mowing, etc. maintains all safety and code requirements of the state, local, and Board of Education guidelines. Watches for potential safety hazards and reports same to supervisor

Requirements

• High School diploma or Higher.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Construction Experience Preferred
• CDL preferred
