Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two years of related experience required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the efficient and smooth operation of the property’s facilities functions.
  • Receives, manages, and processes work order requests.
  • Ensures work orders are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Acts as a liaison between the facilities team and outside contractors.
  • Maintains inventory of supplies and reorders as needed.
  • Drafts and implements preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment.
  • Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the property.
