Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have computer usage skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a team player, yet be able to work independently
- Proficient using Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record
- A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with RTA (Ron Turley Associates) maintenance software a plus
- Travel for company business is occasionally required
Responsibilities
- Administration of RTA Maintenance Management Software:
- Daily data entry of Repair Orders created by Technicians
- Daily data entry of vehicle mileage readings
- Creation of parts Purchase Orders
- Receiving, counting, and data input of all purchased parts
- Responsible for periodic inventory counting and auditing
- Monthly reporting and EOP updates, document filing, and photocopying
- Create and maintain Word and Excel reports and documents
- Additional duties as assigned
- Company-branded shirts will be provided, and required to be worn while on duty
