Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have computer usage skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player, yet be able to work independently
  • Proficient using Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with RTA (Ron Turley Associates) maintenance software a plus
  • Travel for company business is occasionally required

Responsibilities

  • Administration of RTA Maintenance Management Software:
  • Daily data entry of Repair Orders created by Technicians
  • Daily data entry of vehicle mileage readings
  • Creation of parts Purchase Orders
  • Receiving, counting, and data input of all purchased parts
  • Responsible for periodic inventory counting and auditing
  • Monthly reporting and EOP updates, document filing, and photocopying
  • Create and maintain Word and Excel reports and documents
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Company-branded shirts will be provided, and required to be worn while on duty
