The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for assisting the maintenance Director with data entry, customer updates, collecting and analyzing project data to estimate the time, costs, materials, and labor required to provide repair services.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and an understanding of Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Able to balance an array of tasks with excellent time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to communicate critical to the department.

Responsibilities

  • Track, execute and update work orders in Microsoft Dynamics and client portals in conjunction with Client Support Team.
  • Audit records for compliance to customer and AQUALIS standards.
  • Complete work orders and build completion documents.
  • Upload field data to appropriate Dynamics/SharePoint locations.
  • Secure and communicate with qualified maintenance service partners.
  • Maintain consistency among corporate, division, and in-field teams through documentation and communication.
  • Actively expand personal knowledge of growing lift station industry standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by Director or General Manager to fulfill the needs of the growing lift station department.
