About The Position

SUMMARY: Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems outlined in the Employer’s contract with the Government. Coordinates contractors, scheduled/approved by the Company Representative, engaged in the maintenance and repair of the electrical, mechanical and structural systems. Conducts building tours, QC/Safety Inspections, maintains the building maintenance log, manages PM schedules, and filing of records as directed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems outlined in the Employer's contract with the Government. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Universal CFC Required.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS-Maximo strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of applicable operations and maintenance codes and regulations.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.
  • Experience in writing equipment maintenance standard operating procedures (SOP), updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and maintenance record management.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to reference and utilize technical manuals as needed.
  • Ability to follow technical directions from product engineers or technicians.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate the work requirements with various staff and subcontractors.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and work well under stress and maintain deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to constant change.
  • Ability to work flexible hours in order to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of acceptable workspace safety practices including occupational safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with internal and external clients and co-workers.
  • Ability to follow direction is a must.
  • Must be comfortable with high intensity work environment.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
  • In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Active SECRET clearance preferred.
  • Experience in decontamination systems preventative maintenance, set up and break down.
  • 10- or 30-hour OSHA certification preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Current CPR/First aid certification preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Basic information technology and electronics experience beneficial (but not mandatory).
