About The Position
We’re seeking a detail‑driven Maintenance Coordinator to help improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and keep our facility running safely and efficiently. In this role, you’ll plan and schedule maintenance work, manage CMMS data, support preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Technical degree or 7+ years of maintenance experience
- Strong CMMS experience
- Knowledge of PM/PdM, FMEA, vibration analysis, and lubrication practices
- Solid electrical/mechanical maintenance background
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and scope maintenance jobs using engineering principles
- Build task lists and job plans in the CMMS
- Estimate labor, materials, and timelines
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules
- Maintain PM/PdM programs and analyze predictive data
- Support failure analysis and implement corrective actions
- Ensure safety procedures and permits are properly documented
