Maintenance Coordinator
About The Position
Great Maintenance Coordinators are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization. Our Maintenance Coordinators strives for integrity and reliability, while building trusting relationships with team members. Well-organized with attention to detail To do visual walk through throughout the facility complete applicable check sheets. Inventory management experience Or experience with Maintenance Management Systems Support Operations and Maintenance with organization and filing of records according to Records Retention policy Track inventory and order basic supplies or parts Maintain file room (organize equipment files, maintain drawing files, print copies as needed for technical staff) May assist in Document Control What you bring to the table Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Related Experience/Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ clerical or other warehouse experience is required Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred. Experience in food service distribution Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department and the division. Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities Your efforts are the foundation that defines US FOODS® success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $23.00/hr - $30.00/hr. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ clerical or other warehouse experience is required
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred.
- Experience in food service distribution
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department and the division.
- Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature indoor/outdoor environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required
