Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the maintenance schedule, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime and disruptions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment uptime, maintenance backlog, and work order completion rates.
Ensure availability of parts and tools required for scheduled maintenance.
Assist in developing and improving maintenance procedures and documentation.
Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
