The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Coordinator is to assist in all phases of maintenance and grounds keeping tasks throughout the Otterbein Neighborhood. This includes completing assigned jobs related to painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, moving furniture, mechanical and other general repairs. This is a full time position, primarily Monday-Friday, with rotating emergency on-call.
