Holcim (US) Inc. seeks a Maintenance Coordinator at its Sparrows Point, Maryland plant to administer and coordinate the repair and maintenance of Plant property and equipment. Key responsibilities include improving the value of Plant assets through increased reliability and lower operating costs, ensuring equipment operations meet production requirements within budget guidelines. The role involves leading and ensuring application of SOP and Job Safety Analyses (JSA), managing the DCSQP program, and assisting in the establishment and implementation of the plant's maintenance policies and procedures. The Maintenance Coordinator will ensure compliance, support safety initiatives, and assist the department as needed to improve Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) performance and results. Additionally, the position requires supervising the SPP plant operators to reach the budgeted program within safety, quality, environmental, and cost constraints, planning production and maintenance schedules, and addressing issues that may cause delays. The role also includes contributing to the overall performance of the plant, budgeting, planning, coordinating, executing, controlling quality and completion of maintenance work, and providing visible safety leadership to plant personnel.
