Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• 1-2 years of experience in property management or construction.
• Experience using property management software like AppFolio and/or Property Meld.
• General knowledge of maintenance and repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

Nice To Haves

• Experience coordinating with vendors and maintenance technicians.
• Knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Experience in managing work orders from start to finish.
• Familiarity with timekeeping software like TSheets or KPA.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and schedule work orders within 24 business hours.
• Obtain approvals for repairs that exceed maintenance limits.
• Assign and coordinate work orders for maintenance technicians and vendors.
• Review and approve timesheets and invoices for completed work.
• Regularly follow up to ensure work orders are completed to satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, tenants, and colleagues via phone, email, and text.
• Assist with property turnovers and showings, ensuring they are ready for new tenants.
• Train maintenance staff on AppFolio, TSheets, Property Meld and other software platforms.
• Provide coverage for other property portfolios as needed.
