The Maintenance Coordinator is an administrative role within a growing property management company, responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure efficient property operations. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge in property maintenance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Maintenance Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Manager and Maintenance Field Supervisors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
