The starting hourly wage for this role is $40.81/hr. The position requires advanced knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and repair techniques of electrical controls, circuits, and systems, as well as mechanical and pneumatic components and systems. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI, VFDs, and other automated controls, and be able to perform some PLC programming functions and troubleshooting. Experience and knowledge of robotics, robotic control, and integration is preferred. The role involves performing advanced level maintenance activities on production, processing, and plant equipment and systems, including knowledge and ordering of parts as necessary. The candidate must be able to follow directions and work unsupervised at times, and have experience with forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift operation. Adherence to GMPs and safety guidelines is essential, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The candidate will be expected to accurately fill out all required paperwork and have the ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime with shift flexibility. The role also includes operating equipment safely, keeping the work area clean, participating in meetings, and filling in for other positions as necessary. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the creation of a culture of safety and health by performing work safely in accordance with all company safety procedures and reporting any unsafe work conditions or practices to the supervisor. Occupational safety and health performance is measured in this position.
