Under direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Clerk is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Department by processing all work order requests and associated paperwork for invoicing and recordkeeping. The Maintenance Clerk oversees the receipt of goods and materials for the department. Assists in the management of obtaining quotes and achieving contracts for materials/supplies/tools, ordering, receiving, storing, filing, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties. Clerks may be used in various departments and perform similar duties related to the specific function being supported.
