About The Position

This is a 1st shift non-exempt position with starting pay of $19 to $19.50/hour. The role involves performing inventory cycle counts, receiving parts deliveries at the loading dock and into inventory in the Maintenance Parts Room, and aiding mechanics in finding the correct parts. The position requires ensuring all changes to the inventory are made promptly and accurately, performing general organizational and data entry tasks, maintaining vendor relations, coordinating the repair of repairable inventory, and performing other tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Eighteen months of education and training beyond high school level in general maintenance and repair, or a closely related area.
• Two (2) years experience or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failures. Formal training in related fields will substitute on a year for year basis.
