Maintenance Carpenter (Project Position)

The Maintenance Carpenter position is a project role lasting up to 12 months, where the individual will perform skilled maintenance carpentry under supervision. The role involves erecting, maintaining, and repairing various structures, including buildings, sheds, and fences, as well as creating cabinets and other wooden fixtures. The carpenter will also be responsible for keeping tools and materials in good condition, making rough sketches, estimating costs, advising on building materials, and leading unskilled assistants.
